Salary: Up to $110,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities!

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Admissions to lead our admissions and marketing efforts!

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic healthcare professional with strong relationship-building, sales, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop referral relationships, drive facility census, and ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the facility's admissions process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, physicians, social workers, case managers, and community referral sources.

• Generate new referrals and identify opportunities to increase facility census.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and referrals and ensure timely follow-up.

• Coordinate admissions from referral through resident arrival.

• Review referral documentation and clinical information in collaboration with the clinical team to determine appropriate placement.

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, Business Office, and interdisciplinary team to facilitate seamless admissions.

• Monitor referral activity, conversion rates, admissions, and census trends.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and strengthen referral partnerships.

• Conduct facility tours and communicate the services and benefits offered by the center.

• Ensure all admissions documentation is complete and processed accurately.

• Provide leadership, direction, and accountability to the admissions team, as applicable.

• Maintain excellent customer service and communication with residents, families, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or business development within a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting required.

• Proven track record of increasing census and developing referral relationships.

• Strong knowledge of the skilled nursing facility admissions process.

• Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance goals.

• Leadership experience preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare referral networks and hospital discharge planning strongly preferred.
