About the Role

As a Medical Records and Central Supply, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of patient records, while also ensuring that medical supplies are stocked and available for clinical use. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.

• Verify and process medical supply orders, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper stocking and distribution of medical supplies

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical records or supplies

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Healthcare Administration or related field a plus

• 1 years of experience in medical records or supply chain management; certification in medical records or supply chain management a plus
