Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and activities using a wheelchair-accessible vehicle

• Ensure the comfort and well-being of residents during transportation, providing assistance as needed

• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips, including resident names, destinations, and any special requests or needs

• Follow established protocols for transporting residents with medical equipment or special needs

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
