Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, service, and sanitation in accordance with established dietary standards and policies

• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and prepare resident meals, including special diet requirements and food allergies

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas, adhering to infection control protocols

• Assist with feeding and hydration of residents, as needed

• Participate in menu planning and special event planning as required

• Maintain accurate records of resident food preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests

• Work closely with our rehabilitation and nursing teams to ensure seamless service and support to our patients
