Position Overview:
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a warm, resident-focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to high-quality care under a new management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility.

• Support nursing staff in providing safe, compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Document resident care and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Help ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in resident engagement, nutrition assistance, and daily hygiene routines.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction.
