Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred

• Licensed Registered Nurse

• We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.7 - $42.13 HOURLY!
