What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes

• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Help create a safe, caring, and positive environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, active New York State LPN License

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
