 What You'll Do:

• Supervise home health services for patients in their homes

• Ensure high-quality care under physician orders and care plans

• Oversee and support clinical staff and field clinicians

• Participate in training, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare Home Health & OASIS documentation required

• 2+ years of supervisory experience required

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion in leadership and excellence
