Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care, monitors health and vital signs, maintains documentation, and collaborates with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct personal care and assist residents with daily activities

• Observe, monitor, and document resident health, vitals, and changes in condition

• Collaborate with Unit Managers and Director of Nursing on care plans

• Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations

• Foster a resident-centered, professional, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills

• Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care
