Program Manager/Supported Living DODD

The primary responsibility of this position will provide leadership and support to the  the Home Coordinators and the Direct Support Professionals to ensure policies and procedures and delivery of services are consistent with agency mission and in accordance with contract requirements, state and federal regulations.  In addition to ensuring the overall health and safety of our individual’s, the Program Manager also ensures the effective and efficient use of available resources and is responsible for overall management of program staff including the supervision style and effort for the retention of staff and continuity of care for the individuals as well as working with the CEO to obtain new business in the area.
