Position Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct resident care, monitors health and vitals, and works closely with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Unit Managers to ensure high-quality, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct personal care to residents

• Observe, assess, and document resident health and vital signs

• Assist RNs and Unit Managers with care planning and medical histories

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state regulations

• Promote a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
