Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations

• Support and provide guidance to nursing staff

• Help maintain high standards of resident care and clinical quality

• Assist with staffing, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):

• Previous Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or nursing leadership experience preferred

• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
