Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Licensed Social Workers (LSW or LISW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC or LPCC) to join our clinical team. This role involves providing individual therapy to residents in long-term care settings, helping them navigate adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or psychological needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to support residents’ mental health needs
• Provide in-service training to educate staff on resident care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio license as an LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
• Experience with geriatric populations or in long-term care settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
