Responsibilities:

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, families, and community stakeholders

• Conduct initial assessments and screenings for new residents

• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans

• Monitor and improve the admissions process to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Provide exceptional customer service to families, healthcare partners, and residents

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Previous Experience as an Admissions Director preferred

• 2-5 years of LTC experience in admissions, healthcare, marketing

• Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare, ability to manage insurance

• Good communication skills
