About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Brentwood Place Four, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and medical conditions

• Providing emotional support and ensuring patient comfort and dignity

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Monitor and report patient vital signs and medical conditions to licensed nursing staff

• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
