Big Oak Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team as a Weekend Nursing Supervisor! If you're passionate about providing quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!

Weekend Schedule: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor residents’ health and assess changes in their conditions.

• Promote infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship practices.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and scope of practice.

• Participate in care planning and oversee the implementation of care plans.

• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in residents’ conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Educate residents and families about care needs and treatment plans.

• Provide staff education, guidance, and support.

• Supervise nursing department staff and promote high standards of care.

Requirements for RN/LPN Supervisor:

• Active RN or LPN license.

• Nursing experience

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Commitment to quality resident care and teamwork.
