About the Role:

As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as mobility, transfer, and ambulation.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the care team and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification or equivalent experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and comfortably.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
