About the Role:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Chandler, you will have the opportunity to provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also have the chance to build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families, helping to improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed

• Assist with meal preparation and medication management

• Help with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

• Document care services and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
