About the Role:

As a Certified Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our clients in their own homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as managing medications, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Manage medications and provide emotional support and companionship

• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the care team

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

• Certified Home Care Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
