You’ll be great to join our CMT- Certified Medication Technician team because you have:

• Must have a current Missouri- MO CMT- Certified Med Tech Certification

CMT- CMT- Certified Med Technician - Duties & Responsibilities:

• ·        Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

• ·        You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.

• You create a safe environment where residents can thrive

• Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPN

• Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.

• Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.

• Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
