As an RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring residents' medical and personal needs are met in a comfortable, supportive setting.
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor and document vital signs and health status.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to maintain optimal care delivery.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and families to coordinate care and provide health education.
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, respond to emergencies, and support continuous quality improvement.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
Strong clinical skills, excellent decision-making ability, and strong organizational skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with proven leadership skills.
Strong communication skills and full respect for privacy/confidentiality.
