What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll make a meaningful impact every day by:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring residents and documenting their care

• Assisting with individualized care plans

• Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care and treatments

• Collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team

• Educating residents and families about health management and care

• Responding confidently and effectively during emergencies

• Helping create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming home for every resident

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for providing exceptional resident care!
