Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients in their purest form. We cater to the whole family, featuring a special healthy Kids Menu, and accommodating diets such as gluten-free, Paleo, and vegetarian.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards

• Work efficiently and effectively during peak periods, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new recipes and menu items, drawing from your culinary expertise and creativity

• Provide exceptional customer service, accommodating special requests and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Participate in menu planning and inventory management, contributing to the restaurant's overall operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook in a similar restaurant environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues

• Familiarity with kitchen safety procedures and protocols

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
