Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital signs, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Assist with feeding, toileting, and bathing patients as needed

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and organized environment

• Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention as needed

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights and dignity

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
