• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols, and regulations to ensure compliance with quality control standards

• Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately record and report test results, and maintain patient confidentiality

• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain laboratory accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements
