Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 1st shift Part time

Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Description

• You will be supported in your work by a team that values one another and ensures your voice is heard

• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance

• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude

• Work side by side with other staff, the residents, and the loved ones of the residents

• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed

• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team

• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Completion of training and competency program approved by the State of Illinois

• Current Certified Nursing Aide Certificate for the State of Illinois

• Preferred 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
