Ditmas Park Rehab is looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator.

This involves gathering required documentation, completing application forms, and submitting them to the appropriate agencies. 

 Responsibilities include assisting with applications, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid regulations. They act as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and the Medicaid agency. 

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, service plans, and financial information. 

Adhering to Medicaid regulations and guidelines, as well as any relevant state and federal policies.
