Registered Nurse (RN) – Requirements:

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of Missouri

---

Registered Nurse (RN) – Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents as assigned

• Administer and accurately document medications and treatments

• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and their families

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in planning and evaluating care

• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, including vital signs and symptoms

• Document responses to nursing care in resident charts

• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Support unit operations and assume charge nurse duties when assigned
