About the Role:

As an Admission Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting resident assessments and evaluations, coordinating resident care management, and performing necessary nursing duties. You will also perform administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms and reports, and ensure that rooms are ready for new admissions. You must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and company guidelines.
