Caregiver Qualifications:

• Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide or (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate

• Current Photo ID & Social Security card

• Drug screen (last 6 months)

• Complete physical (within the last 6mo)

• 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Assists home care agency's patients in Brooklyn, NY by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Social Interaction

Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.

Language:

• English

• Spanish

• Creole

• Russian

• Hungarian
