Recreational Aide (ADC)

Adult Day Care Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, compassionate, and bubbly creative individual to join our team as a Full-Time Recreation Leader.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role
We're looking for someone with an energetic disposition and a compassionate personality to run engaging large and small group activities, participate in trips, and provide meaningful social support to the members of our center.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents

• Conduct engaging individual and group recreation programs

• Participate in member trips and outings

• Assist recreation specialists and set up program areas as needed

• Keep daily attendance and document residents' participation in activities

• Complete all required documentation

• Display effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills

• Collaborate as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

• CNA license a plus
