In-Office LPN -  Home Healthcare

Job Summary:

Acute Home Healthcare in Orlando, FL is dedicated to maximizing the quality of life for the geriatric population living in their homes whose healthcare needs require supervision. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented LPN to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review cases for wound updates

• Enter all updates and notes in the KanTime database

• Follow up on requests from the PCP for services

• Contact clinicians for updates and corrections

• Request home health orders and verbal orders from PCP's, hospitals, and specialists

• Review referrals

• Review charts for accuracy and efficiency

• Review orders for accuracy and efficiency

• Confirm patients' PCPs

• Assist patients with any questions, comments, or concerns

• Develop good working relationships with PCP staff and insurance companies

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in Home Health as an LPN

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Outstanding customer service skills
