Job Summary

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
