We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Russian Speaking Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at Constant Care Health Services LLC. As a leading provider of home care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Russian Speaking Home Health Aide (HHA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with various diagnoses, including but not limited to:

  • Administering injections and medications

  • Changing wound dressings

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene

  • Providing oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments

• Conduct vital signs and reporting any changes to the patient's condition to the Nurse and Physician

• Assist with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and activities

• Collaborate with the patient, family members, and healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

• Russian language proficiency required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current/Active certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New York

• Prior experience in home care or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
