Evening and Weekend Receptionist

The Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a Receptionist. Come join our winning team!! 

Evenings 4:00pm - 8:00pm and every other weekend requirement

Receptionist - Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting visitors, vendors and staff
• Ensuring all visitors, vendors and staff check in upon entering the facility
• Schedule resident visits 
• Answer and foward phone calls
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Maintain files and records 
• Perform data entry

 

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills required - experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Courteous and professional attitude 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to stay organized and prioritze tasks
• Weekend and evening availability required
