Shift: Full-Time – All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $45 per hour

Job Description:
Throgs Neck Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment while delivering exceptional care to our residents across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care

• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment

• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs

• Perform wound care and related treatments

• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly

• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA, respecting the rights of residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the State of New York

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

• Passion for improving residents’ quality of life
