Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sunny Springs Nursing Center in Sulphur Springs, Texas. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, vital signs, and medication administration

• Assist with meals, snacks, and nourishment as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control practices and safety protocols

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, consulting with the interdisciplinary team as needed

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality assurance activities and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required
