Registered Nurse- Sign on Bonus

Southtowns Care Center is looking for  Registered Nurse/Nurse Supervisors to care for our patients. Our goal is to promote superior care for the health and well being of our patients. Our Registered Nurse/ Nurse supervisors are responsible for the oversight on the day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel, such as LPNs and CNAs. The RN/RN Supervisor must be able to interpret patient information and make critical decisions about necessary actions, as well as administer medication, wound care and other personalized interventions.

We are currently paying a $5,000.00 sign on bonus (to be paid in quarterly installments) for this position.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ensure that personnel adhere to established polices and procedures.
• Document changes in resident's conditions.
• Participate in care planning meetings.
• Mentoring and supervision of LPN's and CNA's.

Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• 3 Years RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certificate.
