Current Needs:

Per Diem- relief

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls

• Transfer phone calls to their appropriate destination

• Screen employees as necessary or directed

• Complete various audits and computer work

 Qualifications Requirements:

• 1 year of experience handling administrative functions preferred

• Excellent communication and phone skills

• Customer relations experience with residents, co-workers and families

• Ability to maintain professional demeanor and attitude at all times, including crisis situations

• Handle confidential information

• Dependable and flexible
