Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and other essential tasks

• Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate andDetailed patient records and reports

• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and hydration

• Participate in patient education and support programs to enhance overall well-being

• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with ease

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
