About the Role:

As an Night Shift Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our patients during the evening shift. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care, and will be tasked with:

• Coordinating patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and therapies

• Monitoring patient progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making adjustments as needed

• Leading and mentoring other nursing staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families

• Adhering to our commitment to providing measured quality, innovative care in a respectful, dignified, and loving environment

Requirements:

• Current LVN or RN licensure in the State of Texas

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or similar leadership role

• Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff members

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
