Duties:

• Assistance with eating

Job Qualifications:

• Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• Valid Photo ID 
• Social Security Card
• Full Physical exam form, PPD/QFT, Chest x-ray, if positive PPD
• Rubella & Rubeola titers (within 6 months)
• Drug Screen (within 6 months)
• Two References letters  (within 6 months)

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift
• Night shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Live-ins
