Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, and other essential care tasks

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

• Demonstrate respect, empathy, and compassion in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
