• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to infection control procedures and hazard prevention strategies

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, and implement emergency procedures as necessary
