As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, providing exceptional care to our residents in a state-of-the-art, 5-story facility located next to Morristown Medical Center. Our newly renovated center features the latest technology and amenities, and our team is passionate about delivering the highest level of care and rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, under the supervision of licensed nurses, in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate a commitment to our center's values of compassion, empathy, and respect for every resident
