SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring caring and reliable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Marshfield, MA! We are seeking compassionate caregivers who enjoy helping others and want to support clients in maintaining their comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to commit to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
