AristaCare at Cedar Oaks is officially participating in the federal CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses can receive up to $50,000 in federal financial support—paid directly to you on top of AristaCare's competitive pay rates, extensive bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Federal CMS Program Benefits

• Up to $40,000 in Student Loan Repayment: Direct assistance toward qualifying nursing school loans.

• Up to $10,000 Additional Stipend: Available to qualifying nurses and recent nursing graduates.

• $0 Out-of-Pocket Cost: Payments are made directly to eligible nurses by CMS each quarter (taxable).

• Program Commitment: Requires an average of 30+ hours worked per week and a 3-year service commitment at a participating center.

Requirements
