RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and oxygen therapy

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinical information
