  As part of our employee benefits, eligible team members receive a monthly phone stipend:

  • $25/month – Full-Time

  • $12.50/month – Part-Time

  The stipend begins following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
  

  Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation schedules for residents.

• Arrange transportation for appointments, outings, and other scheduled activities.

• Ensure residents are transported safely, comfortably, and on time.

• Communicate with residents, families, and staff regarding transportation arrangements.

• Maintain accurate transportation schedules, records, and documentation.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any safety concerns or issues.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for scheduled trips.

• Assist with driving duties as needed.

• Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous transportation coordination or driving experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.

• CDL preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Ability to work professionally and compassionately with seniors.

• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or resident transportation is a plus.
