We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hudson Elms Nursing Home in Hudson, Ohio. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share knowledge and expertise

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio

• Additional requirements may include certification in CPR, ACLS, and/or PALS
